Team Fees

What is the cost to participate?
The yearly fee is $500 per player. You may pay with a check (with no fee) or you may pay online (with an additional $20 convenience fee). Checks should be made payable to Fort Wayne Lacrosse Association and can be given to the Treasurer, Jacob Johnson.

Player must be a member of USA Lacrosse.
To get a membership, visit USA Lacrosse, pay for a 1 year membership which is $35. You will need the membership number and expiration date before registering.

What are team fees used for?
Fees are used to pay for indoor practice locations, coaches, insurance, equipment and dues to various associations the club is required to belong to.

What is the deadline to pay for the 2025 season?
Fees must be paid in full by Feb 15.
You can pay via check (payable to Ft Wayne Lacrosse Association), Venmo Jacob Johnson (@HomesteadGirlsLax2025) or online on this website.
If you choose to pay online, click on Register in the upper right hand corner and follow the prompts.

Do you offer a family discount?
Yes, there is a $50 discount for families with multiple players on the team.
